Payment is due as specified in the engagement letter. We accept bank transfer and, where arranged, other payment methods. Should the scope of work change materially, we will notify you and seek agreement on revised fees before proceeding.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Real estate services: Our role is to provide legal due diligence, documentation, and advisory support. We do not act as property brokers, agents, or valuers. Any information provided about property markets or values is for context only and does not constitute a financial or investment recommendation.

Family law services: Family law matters are handled with discretion and confidentiality. Outcomes in family law cases depend on many variables including court decisions; we cannot predict or assure any particular result.

Immigration services: Visa and work permit applications are processed in accordance with Thai immigration law. Approval decisions rest with the relevant Thai government authorities; we facilitate and support the application process but cannot control outcomes.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep information current and accurate, we make no warranties or representations regarding completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information presented.

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice to the other. If you terminate an engagement, fees for work already completed remain due. If we terminate an engagement, we will provide reasonable notice and assist with the transition to another legal provider where appropriate.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time and without prior notice if we believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any signed engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and ravenconesa regarding the subject matter herein.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as needed in connection with a merger, reorganisation, or similar event.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
